A Russian event production company required a modular outdoor rental LED system for touring concerts and outdoor festivals. Key requirements: fast assembly, road-case transport compatibility, and 640 mm standard cabinet format for inventory flexibility.
Challenge
Rental operators need cabinets that pack efficiently into flight cases, assemble without specialized tools, and withstand repeated transport cycles. The client specified 640 mm cabinet width to match existing rigging infrastructure.

- Packing: custom plywood road cases — 11 cases (1250×552×552 mm, 10-cabinet config) + 2 cases (885×552×552 mm) + 1 accessories case
- Case weight: approximately 18 kg per 10-cabinet case (empty)
- Assembly: quick-lock mechanism, no tools required for standard setup
Result
The rental inventory was delivered in 14 road cases with full spare parts package. The client’s rigging team completed a 20 m² setup in under 3 hours on the first deployment. The system has been used across 8 events in the first season without module failure.
